Let's Dream!

"Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars..."

Share your ideas about the importance of dreams, dreams you have, dreams that have or haven't come true, how to make dreams come true, etc.

Some hints about what words or expressions to use:

dream of - svajoti, but not dream about - sapnuoti
I have always dreamt of (becoming a.., having a…, living in…, moving to …)
but
I have a dream to (become a…, have a…, live in…)
My dream destination has always been …
I dream day and night;
Dreams come true;
Let the dreams come true.

  1. As a teacher I dream of having pupils whose eyes shine with motivation to learn something new. I dream of those moments when you offer something new, an activity, a new way of learning or just an idea and you see pupils' faces lit up with inspiration. They take up this activity straight away or offer their changes and we are all able to learn something new together. Actually, I can't live without this... I suffer a lot when I see that my efforts to motivate my pupils are fruitless... I also dream of a clear and quick response or feedback from my pupils especially when you do something really extraordinary... This is the greatest motivation and the most important thing when you think over your teaching and try to give some self-evaluation. I used to have such pupils some years ago. Now I don't. What am I doing wrong?! Have I changed so much? Or have the times changed? Let's hope my dreams will come true one day...
